This policy explains which data Tu nombre o empresa processes when providing HostPulse and for what purpose.
Data we process
Account data: email, encrypted password and the date you accepted the Terms.
Data you enter: properties, calendar links, imported bookings, cleanings, your team’s details (name, phone, area), templates and support requests.
Billing data: handled by Lemon Squeezy. We only receive the subscription status, dates and invoice links, never your card number.
What we use it for
To provide the Service, charge the subscription, support you, send you notices about your account (for example, trial end or price changes) and protect the Service against fraud and abuse.
Providers
We use providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Lemon Squeezy (payments), our web hosting provider and, if you connect them, Airbnb (iCal calendars) and Channex. We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep your data while you have an account. After cancellation or non-payment we delete it within 60 days, except billing information we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data by writing to soporte@tu-dominio.com. We will respond within the deadlines set by applicable law.
Cookies
We only use technical cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language, and the browser’s local storage to save your preferences. We detect your country from your connection solely to show you the app in your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
